Giving Tuesday 2017

Giving Tuesday is a day set aside for people all across America to come together to give time, money, and support to programs that they deeply care about. We hope we’re on that list and that you’ll make a tax-deductible donation in support of Diversionary’s bold work and influential arts education programs.

In addition to our award-winning mainstage productions, Diversionary provides student matinees and in-classroom workshops for middle and high school students. 2017 saw over 600 students directly engaged in arts education around our LGBT mission. Older adults benefit from our education programming, as well, through The Silver Squad and The Stonewall Salon.

2017 saw Diversionary receiving several impressive accolades for our work – The San Diego Critics Circle Don Braunagel Award for OutstandingWork By A Small Theatre, 5 Nominations and 2 wins at Craig Noel Awards, and being named the #1 Theatre in San Diego by City Beat Magazine just to name a few.
